YOUR IMPACT IN ACTION
Thanks to your generosity, field teams are bringing
help and hope to children who need it most—right now.
Five New Life Centers Opened
Because of your generosity, five new Life Centers are now serving
children in Kenya through local churches.
Approximately 70 children are gathering every Saturday to worship,
study God's Word, build friendships, and grow as disciples of Jesus.
Each child received a Bible and became part of a caring church
community committed to walking alongside them in their faith journey.
Watch the celebration video to see how your support is creating
places where children can belong, grow, and experience
the hope of Jesus.
Fresh From the Field:
Life Center Updates
These stories just came in—real moments of hope, healing,
and transformation made possible by your support.
In India, a group of Childcare Worldwide teenagers recently helped their local church host a Vacation Bible School for younger children. These students are growing up through the support, teaching, and encouragement of the Life Center — and now they are learning what it means to serve others. Throughout the VBS, the teenagers helped lead activities, support younger children, and participate in the joyful work of sharing God’s Word.
Their service is a beautiful picture of discipleship taking root. The same children who have been taught, encouraged, and prayed for are now becoming examples to the next generation. Moments like these remind us that Life Center impact does not stop with one child. As students grow in faith and character, they begin to bless their families, churches, and communities. Rehemah Mirembe once dreamed of becoming a nurse. After losing her father as a child, that dream could have felt out of reach. Her mother, a peasant farmer, worked hard to support the family, but the cost of tertiary education was more than they could manage alone.
Through sponsorship, Rehemah was able to continue her studies. Even when top-up fees were difficult and her mother had to borrow money, she kept going with resilience, faith, and support from her sponsor. “At the Life Center, I learned that God sees me and has a purpose for my life,” Rehemah shared. Today, she is working as a bedside nurse while searching for a permanent position. Her dream is to gain experience, continue her education, and one day open a clinic to serve her community. Esperanza is a creative 14-year-old girl from Lima, Peru, who loves drawing and painting landscapes. One day, she hopes to become a digital graphic designer. At home, she lives with her mother, grandmother, and an elderly family friend in poor health. Her mother cares for elderly people and sells food on the street to help support their household.
Through the La Pascana Life Center, Esperanza is learning God’s Word and growing in kindness, respect, and faith. Recently, Esperanza came to a medical outreach carrying foot pain that had made walking uncomfortable. During her visit, doctors were able to look beyond the pain itself and identify some of the causes: flat feet that were affecting her posture, along with four painful ingrown toenails. Because of the outreach, Esperanza received podiatry care, physiotherapy, and medical guidance — care that helped address both her immediate pain and her long-term health. “Now I feel relieved and grateful,” she shared, “because I received the care I needed.” [LEARN MORE ABOUT LIFE CENTERS]
