I don’t think we realized what a blessing it would be and that the joy they brought to us would be such a blessing. We so loved having them in our home. We loved seeing the joy in their hearts and on their faces; hearing them sing at night before they went to sleep; their laughter; to learn about their culture.

I felt extremely well informed and prepared and if questions arose I knew the tour leader would answer them. They touched my heart very deeply and I pray for them continually. I miss them terribly even though we had them such a short period of time. I now have a sponsored child because of the impact the choir had.

I just wanted to thank you, and let you know how wonderful it was! It was such a blessing to our family, and our church family! We personally had Agnes and 3 of the girls, it went too quickly!! I didn’t want them to leave. I hope that you will keep us in mind if and when you are coming back through the area again. The only thing I didn’t like was telling them goodbye. Thank you Vickie for all the organization that you do as the coordinator. We were blessed!

Honestly I don’t even have the words to tell you how we benefited. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect and let me just tell you – those little boys from the first moment we met them they were a part of our hearts we fell in love with them. We were so blessed to be able to have those boys in our home. We wish they could have stayed so much longer!!!
Thank you for letting us host Brenda, Diana, Richard, Martin and Evelyn. (The entire group was amazing) We never dreamed that you could fall in love in 3 days but we did. What a great experience and they are truly beautiful…. inside and out. One night as we were getting ready for bed, my daughter, Mattilyn said to me…”Mom I am heart happy!” That is the best explanation there is. These special children will always be in our prayers and thank you for allowing us to meet them. Please keep us in mind in the future.
