Tax Statement FAQ

How do I access my tax statement online?

  1. From any page on our website, click “My Account” in the upper right corner.
  2. Login to your account.
  3. Click “My Giving History” from the navigation menu on the right side of the page.
  4. Your current year giving and 2020 giving total (titled “Total Giving Last Year”) are listed at the top of your Giving History page.
  5. To see your detailed tax statement, click “View End of Year Tax Statement” beneath your giving total. When the page loads (it may take a minute to load), type or use the drop down arrow to select the year 2020 and click the “Okay” button.

Can I print my tax statement?

Yes! Hover over the gray bar at the top of the statement, or click the three horizontal dots in the upper right corner – this will open a menu from which you can print or download for your records. This menu may appear differently in different browsers. If you are having trouble printing, use your browser’s print function by navigating to the top toolbar and clicking File > Print.

Can I access this page via mobile?

For the best experience, we suggest accessing your tax statement via desktop or laptop – the page may load incorrectly on your mobile device.

Will you send my tax statement in the mail?

We sent printed copies of your tax statements out on January 18th. If you did not receive yours and would prefer a printed copy rather than accessing online, please let us know at 1-800-553-2328 or donorsupport@childcareworldwide.org.
