Thank you so much to everyone who has been praying for our Choir’s visa application. Thankfully, we serve a God who hears our prayers, and we are thrilled to announce that our visa has been approved!

These 10 kids have been patiently waiting for the “green light” for their tour. And now that it’s finally here, they can’t wait get rolling.

Amon is ten years old. He’s been hard at work learning all the tour songs, and his favorite is “Open the Eyes of My Heart Lord.” Why? Because he loves the idea of knowing God more each day. What a sweetheart!

Yvonne is the youngest child on this tour. She is just seven years old, but she’s very musically gifted. With her talent, she’ll fit right in with the older kids.

Leevan is only ten years old, but already he sees God’s blessings in his life. His favorite song is “Barakaza” which joyfully proclaims how we all can see God’s blessings around us.

Anthony
is twelve years old and already knows the power of Jesus’ help in times of need. That’s why his favorite song is Emigguggu, a Lugandan worship song which talks about casting your burdens at Jesus’ feet.

Dorcus has a servant’s heart. She loves to serve God by serving others with a joyful and happy attitude. It’s no wonder that she wants to be a nurse someday. Dorcus is eleven years old and cannot wait to sing and share God’s joy

Angel is ten years old. She wants to be a police officer someday, because she likes order and organization. We’re guessing Angel is going to be the most helpful kid when it comes to keeping the tour bus clean and getting everyone where they’re supposed to go!

Irene cannot wait to sing to you in her first language, Luganda! She is twelve years old, and already dreams of being a doctor. That’s a big goal, but she’s starting off on the right track: already she is learning to find rest and encouragement in Jesus!

Timothy is ten years old and enjoys playing soccer. A young boy that sings, plays soccer and loves the Lord? He is the Most Valuable Player on and off the field.  He is excited to remind you how great God is in the song, “Beautiful One.”

Justine wants to be a farmer so that kids don’t go hungry! She says she knows that God is the King of Kings and will help her help others in the future. She’s twelve years old, with a bright future ahead of her.

Isaac is a curious ten year old. His favorite song is “Open the Eyes of My Heart Lord” which reminds him to keep learning about God every day. He is excited to learn more about God as he travels with the choir!

 

 

We can’t wait to introduce you to these precious kids! This tour will be traveling up and down the East Coast, and we still have a few performance dates open. If you’d like to bring the Choir to your church or venue, let us know!
