Our commitment is to create a culture of intentionality and relational excellence guided by our mission of sharing the gospel to children in need around the world, helping them reach their God-given potential.

Our Values

We will keep the gospel central to everything we do.

• We are committed to exposing children to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

• We hire exclusively Christian individuals in every project we operate.

• Our country directors and program staff are national professionals, allowing our programs to be more effective within that culture.

• Our programs are run through a local church.

• We accept no government funding of any kind, which allows us total freedom in proclaiming the Gospel.

• We equip the Church to be part of the Great Commission.

We will prioritize relational methods over transactional ones.

• We will emphasize relationships with staff, donors, and children over transactional interactions.

• Prioritizing relationships means we care not only about the present but also about the long-term impact we can have on the lives of children and the churches we serve.

• We will work to understand the unique needs and aspirations of each child, donor, and staff member rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions.

We will do what we say and show proof of it consistently.

• We’re committed to financial integrity and will ensure that donor support is used to carry out the ministry and mission of Childcare Worldwide.
