Haiti Donations Deductible through February 28/ February 2010

Any charitable contributions made to Childcare Worldwide before March 1, 2010, in response to the Haiti relief efforts can be claimed as itemized charitable deductions on your 2009 tax return instead of waiting to claim them on your 2010 tax return.

The House of Representatives bill H.R. 4462, passed on January 20, 2010,  has made this tax deduction possible for those who still want to give.

Please refer to your own personal professional advisor to learn how your donations will affect your tax situation.  And please continue to give to those in need!
